Includes the following services:

12 Article Posts per month
iRapture.com will post twelve articles/content pieces related to your websites each month.  This could include an item such as an article from lifenews.com or a relevant YouTube video.

Content Updates
We will update your websites with content you send.  This includes text changes, photos, event announcements  and video updates.

3 Complete Custom Content Created Posts
We will create new content for you websites by interviewing your staff and reporting on events. Our goal is to keep your content new to your visitors and keep it about you, giving them a reason to return.

Training and Support
We will train your staff how to easily make edits to the websites, improve search engine results and answer any website or e-mail related questions.

Domain & Web Hosting Services
For the 5 websites we will provide webhosting, e-mail, domain name registration, spam filtering, and automated reports.

Design and Development
We will design and develop five custom websites every two years.  The design will start after we meet and discuss the strategy and set goals for the websites.

Social Media Setup
We will set up accounts on any social media websites that you request.  We recommend you have at least a Facebook and YouTube account. 

E-mail Marketing Setup
We will set up an account with any e-mail marking service you wish.  We recommend Constant Contact.  You will pay the subscriptions fees for the service you select.

Search Engine Results
We will work with you to pick the appropriate search phrases to meet your website goals.  We will optimize your website with these phrases which may include using our proprietary software, the KeyPhrase Expander.  Training will be available to you so you can be empowered to improve the search results.
